What is Catching Predators about?
Immersion avec les chasseurs de pé*ophiles en ligne. 750,000 sexual predators are permanently connected worldwide, 71% of 12-year-olds use at least one social network, and 1 in 5 children have already received sexual proposals online. In the face of this scourge, a number of volunteers have decided to give up their time to fight online pedo-crime. Together, they have formed the association Les Enfants d'Argus. With offices in France, the French overseas departments and territories, and Belgium, the 30 or so volunteers work day in, day out towards the same goal: to flush out child criminals before they make victims. It blends documentary elements. The film reflects a distinct France style and perspective. The story is brought to life by directors Salim Keddouh and Maxence Saugrain. With a runtime of 45 minutes, it offers a concise viewing experience.
