What is Assembly about?
Every sacrifice deserves to be immortalized. Follows a soldier trying to gain recognition for comrades who died in 1948, at a turning point in the civil war between the communists and the nationalist forces of the Kuomintang. It blends action, history elements. The film reflects a distinct China style and perspective. The story is brought to life by director Feng Xiaogang.
