What is SYNTAX about?
When the world lost its power, he found his purpose. In a futuristic world like earth, androids act, feel and appear like humans. But when Azimov, the dictator of the last remaining city, Syntax, decides to use androids for power, the humans left on this world start to view androids no longer as their equals. In a revolt, the androids aim to escape. Revyn and Ava almost break out until Ava is captured and Revyn is shot. When a scavenger reawakens Revyn in a scrapyard, he must journey far and wide, fight wasteland nomads and maintain what is left of his humanity, in hope of finding Ava. It blends science fiction, action, romance elements. The film reflects a distinct United Kingdom style and perspective. The story is brought to life by director Jermac. With a runtime of 14 minutes, it offers a concise viewing experience.
