It's been payback since the first paycheque. Growing up in a tightly-knit black community has helped Thuli a lot - but when her ship finally starts to come in, and distant family starts coming out of the woodwork, how much longer does she need to keep paying her black tax? It blends comedy and family elements. The series reflects a distinct South Africa style and perspective. The story is shaped by its creators, Meren Reddy, Joshua Rous and Luke Rous.
