What is Hotel de Botel about?
Hotel de Botel is a comedic Dutch television series consisting of seven episodes that aired from October 8, 1976, to December 31, 1976, on TROS. The series is set in the Ruimzicht hotel, which is run by two brothers, Bob and Koos Overwater, played by Allard van der Scheer and André van Duin, respectively. The series is based on the British series Fawlty Towers. It blends comedy elements. The series reflects a distinct Netherlands style and perspective.
