What is Open Space about?
Summer of ‘72 – a small group of fanatical Croatian nationalists, trained and equipped by extreme emigrant organizations, infiltrated the territory of former Yugoslavia with intent to organize an uprising against Tito’s regime. Loosely based on true events, it depicts the manhunt that followed. It blends action & adventure, crime and drama elements. The series reflects a distinct Yugoslavia style and perspective. The story is shaped by its creators, Slobodan Aligrudić, Miralem Zupčević and Bogdan Diklić.
