What is Slapend rijk about?
Two-part documentary in which documentary maker Frans Bromet, a non-investor by principle himself, follows a number of private investors. Bromet wants to find out what drives private investors at a time when the financial crisis is striking and some are making heavy losses while others are making enormous profits. In addition, he joins several investors on an investment strategy training course for beginners and, later, for advanced investors. It blends documentary elements. The series reflects a distinct Netherlands style and perspective.
